These terms of use (or "Terms") apply to the use of the Reference Service (or "Service"). When you register for the Reference Service or use the Reference Service, you accept these terms of use. All rights to the service are owned by Inmedia Systems Oy (or "Service Provider").

A separate Service Agreement is concluded between the Service Provider and the customer company responsible for the use of the Service ("Subscriber") for the implementation of the reference service, based on which the Subscriber grants rights to use the service to the Users.

The content of the Reference service

The reference service includes at least the features, applications, services and technologies that we have offered in accordance with the Service Agreement. The service can be updated and developed as needed. The organization and analysis of information is part of the Service's operation, which is constantly being developed.

Due to the use and development of the Service, data may be stored and transferred between systems. Providing the service requires collecting, storing and using the User's data. Data is always processed in accordance with the privacy statement.

Using of the services

The services are available in accordance with the Subscriber's Service Agreement.

The services are available via electronic means of communication, the User is responsible for the data and mobile data charges etc. of the network service providers.

The information added by the user to the Service becomes public. The User and Subscriber are responsible for the published information and for its correctness and up-to-dateness. The Subscriber and the User agree that they have permission to publish the information.

We may remove any content or information posted by the User on the Service that we believe violates our Terms of Use or is illegal. We can also prevent the user from using the Service for the same reasons.

We may end providing or terminate the Service at our own notice.

The Subscriber can ask the Reference Service to delete content and information posted by the User. The Subscriber can terminate the Service at any time by his own notification.

The User can stop using the Service at any time.

The service may be temporarily either completely or partially unavailable due to e.g. maintenance, updating, power outages or service interruptions of electronic communication methods. We cannot guarantee that the Service will be available without interruption and we are not responsible for damages caused by interruptions.

User responsibilities

An adult person who has been approved by the Subscriber can be registered as a user. The user registers with his own name and email.

The Subscriber as a legal entity can also be registered as a user.

The User may not use the Service in an illegal, misleading or fraudulent manner. The Service may not be used in a way that interferes with or endangers the use of the Service.

You can only add texts and images to the Service that the Service user has written or photographed himself or that he / she has the right to add to the Service.

The User may not publish any content (e.g. images, text) that contains private or confidential information that the User does not have permission to publish or that is not the User's own.

The user is responsible for having all the necessary rights to the content he publishes or shares. The user is responsible for ensuring that the subject of the reference has accepted the publication of the information.

If the User notices an error or a problem with the Service, he must report it as soon as possible.

Intellectual property rights

All rights to the Service and ownership of the Service belong to the Service Provider.

The content and information published by the User in the Service are public and not confidential. Ownership of the content is with the Subscriber of the Service. The service provider does not claim ownership of the content produced by the User.

Other terms

For the sake of clarity, it is stated that the Service Provider has the right to use the information produced in the Service, excl. personal data, for the development of the Service and for statistical analysis and combining data.

The Service Provider has the right to change these Terms at its discretion, and the Subscriber and User will be notified of the changes before the change takes effect.

The rights and obligations of the parties according to these terms of use can be transferred to a third party, e.g. in connection with a change of ownership.

Disputes related to these Terms will be settled definitively in the District Court of Helsinki.
